By using the website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions and that you have also automatically agreed to have irrevocably waived any complaint, claim or demand whatsoever against us with respect to any liability arising from or connected in any way with the use of this website.
USER AGREEMENT
We may amend the Terms from time to time in our sole discretion without any notice or liability to you. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the latest version of the Terms shall be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after such amended Terms have been posted on the Website, you agree to be bound by such amendments.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, and each of our partners, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors, from and against all losses that may arise directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any breach or non-compliance by you of any of these Terms; your use of the Website or Website Content; any violation, trespass, contravention, breach or infringement of our or any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights caused by you, or your employees, agents or affiliates; or and/or any other applicable data protection laws.
JURISDICTION
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

BY USING OUR SERVICES OR BY OTHERWISE GIVING US YOUR INFORMATION, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Please do review the following carefully so that you may appreciate our policies and practises with respect to protecting your privacy and our concern for your safety.
When you use our service, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Our aim is to provide you with better services customized to your individual interests and needs. While doing so we collect only that personal information from you which we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.
We require the information to identify you as a user, improve our services and provide the best possible service to you and all our other users. We keep this information for internal record keeping purposes only. We use your contact details to send you your trip related information to you as well as our service partners. We may sometimes send you information to your email id or mobile number about ours as well as our associates’ new services, special offers or other information which in our opinion would be of interest to you. We may also sometime contact you for your feedback for improving our services and market research purposes via email or mobile number keeping your best interest at our heart.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a proposed itinerary and the pricing has been agreed on, you will need to send us a deposit of 25% (or any other deposit amount as advised by Ventours International Travel Pvt. Ltd) in order to confirm the trip. If you book within 90 days of the date of arrival, then a full payment would be required in order to confirm your trip. By making a booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
Your deposit includes the full cost of all flights which is paid or payable at the time of booking. Airfares included in the pricing sheet are for indication purposes only, and are based on fares offered on that specific date. The airfare charges will be subject to change at the time of issuance of the tickets. A penalty charge on each sector will be levied by the airline should there be any changes in name, spelling, dates or cancelled.
Should you or any member of your traveling party need to cancel your trip once it has been confirmed, we request you to immediately notify us via email. Costs are incurred from the moment you confirm your booking, and as such the below cancellation charges will be applicable:

In circumstances where travel arrangements are curtailed or amended after departure due to Force Majeure, Ventours International Travel will use its best endeavours to recover and refund to you as much of the unused travel arrangements cost as reasonably possible.
FORCE MAJEURE
Ventours International Travel Pvt. Ltd. cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these booking conditions, "Force Majeure" means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events or circumstances are likely to include but are not limited to, (actual or threatened) war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, drought, adverse weather conditions (including snow or lack thereof) and level of water in rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
